The College Promise National Leadership Council is an initiative dedicated to advancing the Promise movement nationwide. Members of the Council play a pivotal role in grassroots mobilization efforts for federal and state Promise policy. The Council aims to disseminate exemplary practices, address program challenges, and advocate for the expansion and sustainability of the National Promise movement through publications, events, and advocacy.
